This retreat is an invitation to a small group of women to the serene Maine coastal woods. Accommodations, meals, and drinks are included for the entirety of our time together. We’ll connect on topics like sleep, birth memory, healthy movement, nutrition, intimacy. We will have opportunities to gather and grow together, while honouring the ultimate goal of deep rest and recharge.

The closest major airport is PWM in South Portland, ME. From there it is about an hour drive to Seguinland in Georgetown, ME. There are taxis and limited rideshares from the aiport, as well as car rental agencies at the arrival terminal.

Each retreat is slightly different in its offerings to fully embrace the magic of whichever location we’re in.
Our days together will include opportunities for learning, reflection, birth story sharing, moving our bodies in supportive and exciting ways, conversations about parenthood and relationships, informational sessions about topics such as healthy family sleep, child development, and sex after birth.
And, what we feel is the most important part of our retreats, REST. We want you to return home feeling nourished and restored. For this reason, we have scheduled in time for you to read, forest bathe, sleep, or however you choose to fully submit to rest.

At the Seguinland we will be in treehouses with one to two bedrooms, each with two twin beds. If you are booking with a friend, you will be put in the same treehouse unless otherwise requested. Each treehouse includes its own wood fired hot tub for relaxing under the pristine Maine night sky!

April is a lovely month to visit Maine. You will often get a variety of weather, with warm days up to the 60s (fahrenheit), evenings and overnights in the 30s (perfect hot tub weather). That said, mother nature is unpredictable around these parts, and we recommend being ready for cooler and warmer temps. The average is 9 days of rainfall in April months. You'll want to be prepared with a light rain jacket and some layers covering your tank top so you can enjoy the forest in any weather.

We will be sending you a comprehensive packing list. Some things to be prepared to pack are; comfortable clothing for easy movement, swim attire, sturdy shoes as well as casual footwear (flip flops), & toiletries.

Within 60 days you may transfer your registration to a different session but refunds will not be issued.
Travel insurance is available and encouraged through many private insurers to cover unexpected incidents that may prevent attendance such as illness or injury.
